Shipping & Delivery

Elvy partners with brands and businesses around the world to bring unique products to you. Shipping occurs from both our US and overseas facilities depending on the product and availability.

When a package is shipped, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. We have no way of determining which of these fees, if any, will be applied to your package. You will be responsible for handling these fees.

We process and ship your order within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Not all products have the same delivery time. Please view the delivery chart in the product description to note the estimated delivery time of that particular product to your country. If you do not find your country listed please contact us for more information.

Some carriers will require a signature upon delivery. Customers are responsible for retrieving their package upon failed delivery attempt. If a package is undeliverable or refused and sent back to us, there will be a $15.00 fee plus the shipping cost of the item to and from the customer.

In some cases, delivery times can take longer due to possible reasons below.

Reasons you may not have received your package yet:

  • Incorrect shipping information entered during checkout
  • Packages ordered and shipped during holidays usually take longer to arrive
  • Delays due to weather or natural disaster
  • Customs issues
