My tracking information has not updated in a while, what's going on?

When packages are shipped internationally most local carriers will not update their tracking page until the package has arrived at their mail facility. Once arrived, the tracking information will then update to provide a better time estimate for delivery.

I made a mistake on my shipping address, how can I change it?

Contact us as soon as possible with your correct address, and we will do our best to help get this changed. However, if the product is being processed or has been shipped we cannot make changes to your order. We suggest you place another order with the correct address.

Refunds will not be given for goods delivered to an incorrect address. However, if the goods are delivered back to the return address on the package in the same condition it was sent, we will gladly issue you a full refund.

Why have I not received my order yet?

Reasons you may not have received your package yet:

  • Incorrect shipping information entered during checkout
  • Packages ordered and shipped during holidays usually take longer to arrive
  • Delays due to weather or natural disaster
  • Customs issues

These are reasons which are not under our control, however, you can contact us to help you investigate.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Items that ship internationally to you are subject to customs, which sometimes can cause unexpected delays. Due to this, we currently do not offer expedited shipping as there is no guarantee of delivery time. We hope you can understand this is for the protection of our customers.

I have not received my order confirmation email, where is it?

Confirmation emails are sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout. You should check your spam folder to see if the confirmation got filtered there. If you still can not find it please contact us to verify that we have the correct address in our systems.

What is the cost of shipping?

This will vary for every product. Factors such as shipping destination and product weight will affect the end shipping cost.

I’ve only received part of my order, where is the rest?

Rest assured that it is on its way. Not all items are in stock at the same location, so we ship items out separately so that you can receive them faster.

Our store partners with businesses around the world to bring unique products to our customers. Shipping occurs from both US and overseas facilities depending on the product and availability

Are there customs fees?

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. We have no way of determining which of these fees, if any, will be applied to your package. You will be responsible for handling these fees.

Are products marked as $0.00 really free?

Absolutely! Now and then we will have items to giveaway for promotions. All you pay is the shipping and handling.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us with your order number, and we will do our best to get this resolved for you. However, if an order is already being processed or has shipped we are unable to cancel and our return policy conditions will apply.
